The PCIA has created an environment for our local businesses and community groups to show off their opportunities to those who attend the Expo. Are you looking to plan your Spring, Summer or Fall activities? Or, are you trying to find the right place to stay or explore? Then this is the show for you! Maybe you're looking for the best farms to support by purchasing your locally sourced produce, meats, and other naturally grown and harvested items. Or are you planning an event and you need places for people to stay and you're also in charge of providing the "Maine Experience?"
Maybe your club or organization needs a little more exposure to other like-minded individuals who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and who appreciate what Maine has to offer!

Once in your portal click on "Buy", then "Packages" to reveal the vendor options for the Outdoor Expo: 1.Vendor Booth Registration or 2. Outdoor Expo Vendor - Table Needed. Add to your cart and then follow the steps to pay with your credit card. Don't forget to click "Complete Checkout" (top right on a computer or at the bottom on a phone) to finish the payment process.
If have not received an invoice via email, part of this process did not complete. Be sure to check your "spam" and reach out if you believe there has been an error.
Once you've completed the purchase of your vendor booth (and table is you choose), you will receive an invoice via email. This invoice will be the proof of your purchase. We will have a "guest list" in the lobby showing us who had previously secured a booth. Just give us your name upon entering the arena and will check you off of our list.
