What is Power Skating?
Power Skating consists of edge work, stride, balance, agility, and technique. Skaters will work on body position, technical aspects of the game, and will learn how to skate more efficiently and effectively.
This year, power skate will also consist of some drills to learn how to incorporate the skating skills into a game like situation to increase skill and make players an overall more advanced player.

Here's the deal:
- Power Skate happens on Sundays from 5-6pm and is for All Ages!!
- The participants in the class will be split by ages and abilities.
- Participants in the Power Skate program can stay for the following "All Ages Shinny" (6:15-7:45pm) for free.
- Cost of Power Skate = $25 (includes the shinny following as stated above)
