Once in your portal click on "Buy", then "Packages" to reveal the two Admission options.  Add to your cart and then follow the steps to pay with your credit card.  Don't forget to click "Complete Checkout" (top right on a computer or at the bottom on a phone) to finish the payment process.
If have not received an invoice via email, part of this process did not complete. Be sure to check your "spam" and reach out if you believe there has been an error.
Once you've completed the purchase of your tickets, you will receive an invoice via email.  This invoice will be the proof of your ticket(s) purchase. We will have a "guest list" in the lobby showing us who had previously secured their seats.  Just give us your name upon entering the arena and will check you off of our list.  In the case where more than one ticket is purchased, the name(s) shown will only be that of the purchaser, not all of those attending.
